Payment & Invoice Policy – With Every Detail
At With Every Detail, our policies are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as outlined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Booking & Deposits
To secure your booking and lock in your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of confirmation. This deposit covers initial planning, design work, and holds your spot in our calendar.
By paying this deposit, you are agreeing to our terms and entering into a service contract. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which recognises service contracts and protects the rights of both the business and the consumer.

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your event date. This allows us to finalise your styling elements, coordinate with vendors, and prepare all decor items for delivery and setup.
We accept the following payment methods:

Non-Payment & Late Fees
If full payment is not received by the due date, With Every Detail reserves the right to:

Cancel the booking

Withhold styling, setup, or delivery services on the event day

Retain the non-refundable deposit in line with fair contract practices under the ACL
Late payments may also:

Incur a late fee of $50 per day past the due date

Impact availability of custom items or hire decor, which may result in styling changes

Cancellations & Changes
In the event of a cancellation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The 30% deposit remains non-refundable to cover work already completed and lost booking opportunities. Refunds (if applicable) on remaining amounts will be assessed based on notice period and work completed at the time of cancellation.
